At Honey Hands, every piece is handmade with love, care, and intention. Since each item is crafted uniquely, we kindly ask that you review our return policy below:

✅ Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges on unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

• To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item.

💛 Non-Returnable Items

• Custom orders or personalized items cannot be returned.

• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

• If the item is returned in its original condition, a full refund will be issued (minus shipping fees).

🔄 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly work with you to replace the item or offer a refund.
