Every piece at Honey Hands is handmade with love, carefully packaged, and sent to its new home with a little bit of magic. Here’s what you need to know about shipping and handling:

📦 Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Custom or larger orders may take a bit longer—7–10 business days depending on the size and complexity.

🐝 Shipping Options & Rates

We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS.
Standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout.
Flat Rate Option: $5 for most orders, with an additional $1 per extra item.

✨ Estimated Delivery Time

U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after processing.
Puerto Rico Orders: 5–10 business days.

🎁 Packaging with Care

Each order is carefully wrapped with eco-friendly materials and sent with Bee Blessings. If your order is a gift, let us know! We’d be happy to add a special note.

🔄 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please wait 24–48 hours and check with your local post office.
